A masterclass designed for organisations creating a social media policy for the first time, or for those aware that their existing policy needs updating.

We look at the benefits of having a policy, examine what needs to be included in policy development and why. We also include many examples of policies from organisations in multiple sectors including professional services, FMCG, the public sector and not-for-profit.
